For Enclosure:
We can turn our Standard enclosure into a Customized Standard enclosure by machining product features for LED’s, LCD’s, connectors, switches, and other specified openings. Download the enclosure drawing, specify your detail locations, and we’ll make the modifications.

We can offer custom materials to meet your impact resistance, temperature, EMI/RFI shielding and other product needs.
Simply supply any Pantone number or existing color swatch, we can also custom color your enclosure
For lower volume applications we can lacquer our cases to match your corporate colors.
We use high quality acrylic enamels, which are specifically designed for plastics and suitable for silk screen printing inks. Bright, matt and textured finishes are available. The lacquered surface is tough and resistant to scratches. |
Screen printing can be applied to your enclosure, to add your company logo, graphics, instructions or other text directly onto your enclosure. Multiple color printing jobs are easily handled. An artwork file in (Adobe Illustrator, scaled 1:1) is required for all pad printing.
While there are no minimum quantities required, a set-up fee will be applied.

Plastic cases do not provide a shield against EMI and RFI in the same way that metal ones do, but of course have many other advantages.
We metal spray the internal surfaces of your box with a nickel loaded paint, masking up areas as necessary, to reduce or eliminate EMI and RFI.
Where this is not sufficient, either a silver, or copper/silver coating can be applied.
This metal coating will act to suppress emissions, to prevent interference, and will allow earthing to avoid electrostatic build up.
Whilst improved shielding is measured in decibels of attenuation, there is a relationship between attenuation and surface conductivity of the paint surface. The greater the conductivity, the better the shielding.
